A small group ministry, begun at Lakehoma in 2007.  Members and visitors meet in the homes of church members.  The small groups meet most Sunday evenings with discussion topics that are based on the sermon lesson given on Sunday morning.

The small group format is also employed in the church building on Sunday evenings. Communion is available there for those that were unable to attend in the morning and partake of communion.  All Life Groups meet at the church building on the last Sunday night of each month.

The small group concept is based on the practice of first century Christians that met in individual homes to learn of and practice the teachings of Jesus Christ. It is hoped that those wishing to visit the Lakehoma Church of Christ, but are not used to large groups, will find the Life Group experience a pleasant way to learn of Christ and his teachings.
